Updated August 20th, 2006 from my apartment in the quaint town of Los Angeles, California, where it's been hot for weeks and weeks and everyone is constantly talking about how hot it is. Look, even I'm doing it. # Wrapped Godzilla I just wrapped [cutting Godzilla x Kong: Supernova](https://www.imdb.com/name/nm2931178/) and am super proud of that film. # Working on CUT TO: Hollywood For the past few years my friend Yoni and I have been tossing around the idea of an online course designed to teach anyone how to break into the entertainment industry—and stay in. The key concept is that "Hollywood isn't just about who you know. It's whether you're worth knowing." I'm proud of the work we've done. There are two parts, which we call Pillars: - **Pillar I: The Seed Skills** - the skills that, once mastered, allow you to be someone worth knowing. - **Pillar II: The Proven Path** - a step-by-step guide of what to do and in what order. Follow in our exact footsteps, but without our mistakes. We're planning on launching in September which is—eek!—right around the corner. # Created jessechapman.net I've always been interested in creating a digital garden, which is what this site is. There's no director of published articles. It's all just very in-the-moment. The idea is that you just create a page and people find that page by organically navigating through the site through related ideas. "Walking through the garden," so to speak. I think it'll help me write less structured, which will help me think more structured.
